Providing peace of mind to you and ensuring that your rights, privacy and dignity are respected and upheld at all times is absolute paramount. We have carefully selected and vetted our carers to ensure their conscientious, empathic, passionate and compassionate natures will make a real difference to an individual’s life. We highly value our carers and provide them with thorough initial and on-going training and support to enable them to provide the best care. Serenity Always carries out Enhanced DBS checks on all carers.
Our visits can be as short or as long as you need and will involve the setup and monitoring of a mutually agreed care plan, ensuring that you receive the exact help you want and the support necessary to achieve it. The care we provide is completely personalised to meet your individual needs.
Serenity Always cares for many different people with a variety of requirements relating to their physical health or disability. If you or your loved one require help with tasks such as bathing and dressing, the administration of medication, collecting prescriptions or help with household chores, we are here to help. We provide Night Care, Live-In Care, Social Care, Palliative Care, as well as care for those with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. We also deliver a home-based Respite Care service for people living in Wolverhampton, the Black Country and surrounding areas.
